Directions and Treatment Time:
Shake well.  (Adults) Place 2-3 mL under the tongue 2-3 x daily, hold for 1 minute, and then swallow.  Continue for a minimum of one year.  Recommended starting dose 2 mL 2 x daily.

Note:
This product should not be consumed within an hour of taking medicinal preparations.
